Ours was a weekend full of baking and food. While it stormed outside I did a little knitting and reading. I tried to dry the washing.
The last picture was not retouched in any way. The end of a storm combined with the sun setting, cast a surreal glow over our valley. It was beautiful.
How was your weekend?
Julia's slice looks great, and those two missing teeth, the tooth fairy must be busy.

What wonderful time together! I love the last picture after the storm!
ReplyDeleteGosh we were almost melting here with the heat.
ReplyDeleteOurs was a similar weekend spent at home...the kids were quite exhausted after their first week back at school so we pretty much just chilled out.

ReplyDeleteThat green cut glass is stunning. I have a thing for cut glass, and the green is even more special. :)
PS Licking the bowl has to be the best bit.
