Yes, they are indeed gingernuts! From my old Womens Weekly cookbook.
I like the blossoms in those bottles, they look really lovely. Steve Biddulph writes great books doesn't he? I like Alan Campion and Michelle Curtis's books too. I have In The Kitchen, a big red cookbook of theirs and it has some great recipes that I use often.Lovely photos like always!
